Stuttering Student: Three Part Series
StutterTalk has been busy covering the story of Philip Garber Jr., a 16 year old 10th grader who stutters and his professor, Elizabeth Snyder. Philip is taking a history class at County College of Morris in Randolph, NJ and Ms. Snyder was his professor.
